Orders, stock and payment
PayPal and ABA orders enter fulfilment after server-confirmed payment. Cash-on-delivery orders are prepared after administrative confirmation and collected on delivery. Province orders do not proceed until customer service confirms the actual shipping fee.
Business purchasing
Retail and business buyers purchase the same products. Business pricing uses only the configured uniform level discount, snapshotted with the company and order prices.
Limits
Delays caused by force majeure, incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients are handled case by case. Every return requires prior customer-service confirmation.
